Privacy Policy

JayKay Brands is a small, family-run company that operates several print-on-demand brands, along with their online shops, websites, and social media accounts. This policy applies to all of them. It explains what information we collect through our websites, our links, and our advertising, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Where you buy from us
Purchases from our brands happen on online marketplaces such as Etsy, not on our own websites. When you order, the marketplace handles your payment and account details under its own privacy policy (for Etsy, the Etsy Privacy Policy). To make and ship your order, we receive the details the marketplace shares with sellers (such as your name, shipping address, and order contents) and pass the shipping details to our print-on-demand fulfilment partners. We use this only to fulfil your order and provide customer service. We never sell it.
Information collected on our websites
Our websites have no accounts, forms, or checkout. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use them. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived (for example, from an Instagram ad). This information is not used to identify you personally. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Ad links
Some of our ads link through one of our websites before sending you to the product listing. When you click one, we record which listing and which ad campaign the click came from, along with an anonymous Google Analytics identifier, so we can tell which ads are working. We do not record your name, email, or any account details.
Advertising on Meta (Instagram and Facebook)
We advertise on Instagram and Facebook. Our Meta developer app is used only to create and manage our own ads and to read our own ad performance reports. It does not offer Facebook Login and does not collect, store, or access personal information about Facebook or Instagram users. Meta's own data practices are described in the Meta Privacy Policy, and you can control the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Order details are kept as long as marketplace and tax rules require. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
